Password resets by email aren't available yet. A staff member can set a temporary password for you instead.

  1. Contact the Synapse Run staff and tell them your runner's name. During the closed beta, that's the person who gave you your beta key.
  2. Staff will give you a temporary password. Nobody on staff can see your old one: passwords are stored in a form that can't be read back, only replaced.
  3. Log in with the temporary password, then choose your own in game: password <temporary password> = <new password>
